How to Get Involved
We need the help of teachers, parents, and the community to make everything happen. Below are ways you can partner with us to carry out the mission and vision of the PTO at Indian and Winchester Trail.
Attend A Meeting
Come to one of our meetings. Get to know us. We can be a lot of fun :) Many of us have become friends because of these meetings.
Lend some of your skills such as planning, community connections and creativity.
There will also be opportunities to become an Executive Board Member or Sub-Committee Chair.
Event or Committee Volunteer
We are always looking for awesome people who would love to jump in and help plan, execute, and volunteer at events. Subscribe to our email list to stay up to date with new and exciting things we are working on that you can be a part of! No experience necessary! We pay in high fives and new friendships.
Classroom Support Campaign
Ever wonder how teachers make their rooms so cool for the kids they are investing in? Or if students run out of supplies during the year? Or maybe even where they get their latest teaching materials from?​ Teachers often dig into their own pockets to make these things, and more, happen.

The PTO wants to help teachers build classrooms they want and need without having to use their own funds to do so. The Classroom Support Campaign allows the PTO to financially support our Elementary Teachers with a $100 grant they can request each year.

Every donation is added to our Social Media and our Poster Board Display that we use at all our events. If you would like to remain anonymous leave “Donor Name” blank. It is entirely optional.
Order Spirit Wear
This year our PTO has it's own Spirit Wear Store. Our store has tons of product and design options for you to choose from, letting you create your perfect custom spirit wear.​ Your purchase can help raise money for our school! At all of our events we try to have other spirit wear accessories; such as socks, hats or shirts. Throughout the year we team up with local businesses to provide flash sales supporting the PTO.
Kroger Community Rewards
Did you know you can help our PTO virtually every time you use your Kroger Plus Card? The Kroger Family of Companies is committed to community engagement, positive social impact and charitable giving at the national and local levels. This Community Rewards Program makes fundraising easy by shopping as you do every day. Once you link your Card to Canal Winchester Elementary PTO (or NPO# IM468), all you have to do is shop at Kroger and swipe your Shopper’s Card.
Donate to Snack Shack
Many students have a late or early lunch time and need a snack during part of the day. Our school Snack Shack provides students with healthy snack options!​
There are 2 ways to help. Drop off items at either building for the school Snack Shack or Click on our Amazon Wishlist! Items bought on the Amazon wish list will be sent directly to the schools.

Sticker Vending Machine
Next to the library at Winchester Trail the PTO has a sticker vending machine. It is restocked and new stickers are added throughout the year. Many kids look forward to seeing what's new and they're $.50 to $.75
