Trunk or Treat
Tuesday, October 8th
Join us for a fun night! costumes are encouraged but not required. Collect candy, play games, grab some donuts and get yourself some raffle tickets for great prizes
Movie Night
Friday, November 15th
Enjoy a movie with your family. Everyone gets a serving of popcorn and there will be beverages, snacks and candy to purchase. Movie is to be determined.
Family Dance
Friday, January 24th
This is our second annual Family Dance. There will be games, music, prizes, beverages and snacks. Theme is to be determined.
Family BINGO Night
This is a first for the PTO.

Spring Fest

Join us at one of our biggest events at our schools. Have fun on bouncy houses, have dinner at a few of the food trucks, play games and enjoy some music.

Canal Winchester Parent Teacher Organization loves to have fun! We are continually planning our next adventure.
Classroom Support Campaign
This Campaign is how we directly impact and help the teachers at Indian and Winchester Trail. Teachers can apply to receive $100 to purchase needed supplies, new seating, etc. All funds collected go to classrooms!
Staff Appreciation
Throughout the year, the PTO finds ways to thank the staff and teachers who are pouring into the students at CW Elementary Schools. Whether it be a team building program, a conference night dinner, a catered lunch, a hospitality cart, or fun food trucks, we work to find ways to say "thank you" to the people impacting kids each and every day.
Author Visits
During Author Visits, students get to connect with the writers of the books they are reading. In 2023, we welcomed Mr Bryan Collier, a four-time Caldecott honor award recipient and six-time Coretta Scott King Award recipient. Every year students look forward to meeting these awesome people and hearing the stories behind the stories. The PTO is proud to be able to fund some of these opportunities for the students of Canal Winchester.
Sole Sisters
This incredible program is for the girls of Winchester Trail Elementary from March through May each year. They cap off their season of training and friendship by hosting a 5k that is open to the entire community. The PTO is proud to be able to partner with this amazing group of ladies.
Field Days
Quite possibly the students favorite day of the year, Annual Field Days are something the whole school looks forward to. The PTO is proud to be able to help fund these amazing days where smiles can be seen around the entire school!
Spirit Wear
Everyone loves to show their school pride! We use our Spirit Wear Sales to raise money to fund some of our many events. With 100% of the proceeds benefiting students and families in CW, please consider buying from the PTO when purchasing your school gear! We will have a selection of items available for sale at our events listed above. We will also be partnering with various local businesses for flash sales throughout the year.
