Movie Night
Friday, November 7th
6pm-8pm
This is a FREE event. Bring dinner with some chairs and blankets and enjoy a movie at Indian Trail. Doors open at 5:30pm. All children must be accompanied by an adult. Children cannot be dropped off. Please use movie theater etiquette. Featured movie to be announced.
Family Dance
Friday, January 30th
6pm-8pm
Come join us on the dance floor, grab a snack and complete activities for a chance to win a prize! Tickets cover your family's admission, snacks, activities, games and the dance floor.

BINGO Night
Thursday, March 5th
6pm-7:30pm
This is a FREE event. Come enjoy a family game night. Bring dinner, play a few BINGO cards and win a prize. Processing a free family ticket will help PTO prepare for how many will be attending. Upon arrival everyone will receive free BINGO cards.
Spring Fest
Thursday, April 30th
6pm-8pm
Enjoy an evening of live music, games, activities and Bouncy Houses. Food trucks will be available to purchase dinner. Also, browse some booths of local businesses and organizations.

Canal Winchester Parent Teacher Organization loves to have fun! We are continually planning our next adventure.
Staff Appreciation
Throughout the year, the PTO finds ways to thank the staff and teachers who are pouring into the students at CW Elementary Schools. Whether it be a team building program, a conference night dinner, a catered lunch, a hospitality cart, or fun food trucks, we work to find ways to say "thank you" to the people impacting kids each and every day.
Author Visits
During Author Visits, students get to connect with the writers of the books they are reading. In 2023, we welcomed Mr Bryan Collier, a four-time Caldecott honor award recipient and six-time Coretta Scott King Award recipient. Every year students look forward to meeting these awesome people and hearing the stories behind the stories. The PTO is proud to be able to fund some of these opportunities for the students of Canal Winchester.
Field Days
Quite possibly the students favorite day of the year, Annual Field Days are something the whole school looks forward to. The PTO is proud to be able to help fund these amazing days where smiles can be seen around the entire school!
